We welcome all trade customers, nationwide and international. We don’t offer postcode exclusivity, but we do our best to avoid nearby businesses stocking the same ranges where possible.

Delivery depends on your location and the order time. Mainland UK is usually next working day for morning orders. Highlands, offshore islands, and Northern Ireland typically take ~3 working days. Pro-forma customers: please settle payment promptly to avoid delays. For international deliveries, timing varies by country—contact us and we’ll help plan it.

Please email us within 48 hours of receipt with photos or videos of the issue. We’ll agree on replacements or a credit for items deemed unsuitable for their intended use. For goods damaged during further transit (e.g., a customer transporting items), we cannot be held responsible. Due to the fragile nature of our products, they are not packaged for online shipping—if you offer this service, we strongly advise adding extra protection and re-positioning plugs on lighting where needed.
